fortinet.fortios.fortios_system_virtual_switch – Configure virtual hardware switch interfaces in Fortinet’s FortiOS and FortiGate.

Synopsis

This module is able to configure a FortiGate or FortiOS (FOS) device by allowing the user to set and modify system feature and virtual_switch category. Examples include all parameters and values need to be adjusted to datasources before usage. Tested with FOS v6.0.0

Requirements

The below requirements are needed on the host that executes this module.

Parameters

access_token string				Token-based authentication. Generated from GUI of Fortigate.
state string / required			present absent	Indicates whether to create or remove the object.
system_virtual_switch dictionary				Configure virtual hardware switch interfaces.
	name string / required			Name of the virtual switch.
	physical_switch string			Physical switch parent. Source system.physical-switch.name.
	port list / elements=string			Configure member ports.
		alias string		Alias.
		name string / required		Physical interface name.
		speed string	auto 10full 10half 100full 100half 1000full 1000half 1000auto	Interface speed.
		status string	up down	Interface status.
	span string		disable enable	Enable/disable SPAN.
	span_dest_port string			SPAN destination port.
	span_direction string		rx tx both	SPAN direction.
	span_source_port string			SPAN source ports.
vdom string			Default: "root"	Virtual domain, among those defined previously. A vdom is a virtual instance of the FortiGate that can be configured and used as a different unit.
