Notes
Note
- This module creates a new top-level
ovirt_hosts
fact, which contains a list of hosts. - In order to use this module you have to install oVirt Python SDK. To ensure it’s installed with correct version you can create the following task: pip: name=ovirt-engine-sdk-python version=4.3.0
Examples
# Examples don't contain auth parameter for simplicity,
# look at ovirt_auth module to see how to reuse authentication:
# Gather facts about all hosts which names start with C(host) and
# belong to data center C(west):
- ovirt_host_facts:
pattern: name=host* and datacenter=west
- debug:
var: ovirt_hosts
# All hosts with cluster version 4.2:
- ovirt_host_facts:
pattern: name=host*
cluster_version: "4.2"
- debug:
var: ovirt_hosts
Return Values
Common return values are documented here, the following are the fields unique to this module:
