15.3.27 YCP Format Strings
YCP sformat strings are described in the libycp documentation
file:/usr/share/doc/packages/libycp/YCP-builtins.html.
In summary, a directive starts with ‘%’ and is followed by ‘%’
or a nonzero digit (‘1’ to ‘9’).
