svn_add — Schedules the addition of an item in a working directory
Description
svn_add
( string $path
[, bool $recursive

recursive
If item is directory, whether or not to recursively add all of its contents. Default is
TRUE
force
If true, Subversion will recurse into already versioned directories in order to add unversioned files that may be hiding in those directories. Default is
FALSE
Return Values
Returns TRUE
on success or FALSE
on failure.

Warning This function is EXPERIMENTAL. The behaviour of this function, its name, and surrounding documentation may change without notice in a future release of PHP. This function should be used at your own risk.
