posix_setpgid — Set process group id for job control

Description

posix_setpgid ( int $pid , int $pgid ) : bool

Let the process pid join the process group pgid.

Parameters

pid

The process id.

pgid

The process group id.

Return Values

Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
