Parameters
object
- Procedural style only: A DateTimeZone object returned by timezone_open()
timestampBegin
- Begin timestamp.
timestampEnd
- End timestamp.
Return Values
Returns a numerically indexed array of
transition arrays on success, or FALSE
on failure.
